Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.

We deliver United Kingdom wide.

Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order and when you need it. For small orders (c20 awards or less) you should allow a minimum of 5 working days from order confirmation. For larger orders, we will advise lead time once we receive your order, but you should allow a minimum of 10 working days. For really large orders (c100+ awards), we will discuss lead times with you when you place your order.
It is important that when you place an order (either online or by phone/email) you advise us when your require your awards. This will enable us to manage production, delivery and communication with you to ensure we can meet your expectations.  

We do not hold stock of pre-prepared awards and medals – all our awards are personalised to order. We are not able to supply orders next day unless by special arrangement. If you require awards in a hurry, contact us to discuss options.

Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.

You cannot collect your order. We do not offer a pick up service for any orders unless we advise you differently while processing your order.

Definitely! We love to incorporate a logo into awards we produce where space allows. We believe it makes it much more significant and appealing to the recipient. It is a great way of promoting your business or club! Just choose the option of adding a logo in the ordering process. If we do not already have your logo, we will need a high resolution file (jpeg, png, pdf, ai) of your logo to be uploaded with your order or emailed to us after placing your order.
If we have do not have your logo on file, we will need to create artwork, which may incur an artwork charge, which we will advise you of this when we confirm your order.
